Shipping, Returns & Policies

Merchandise Availability: We make every effort to keep a large stock of merchandise available for sale online. However, some items may be unavailable from time to time. If for any reason we are out of stock on an item that you've ordered, we will notify you.

Special Clause Regarding Sinks: Granite & Marble Tops & Tiles does not sell sinks via the online store. Sinks are shown for information purposes only and have a display price of $0.00. Orders placed via the online store for sinks will be canceled. Sinks are available with a countertop order or via special order only. For more information, contact the sales department at 770-889-2241.

United States: Orders are shipped to standard U.S. locations have a general shipping time of 2 to 3 days. Holidays and weekends may extend the delivery by a day or two. Remote locations may experience a 3 to 5 day delivery time.

Shipping rates are based on a flat rate. This rate may change from time to time. You can see your shipping charge during the order process before you place your order. The shipping method you choose takes effect if the product is available and on the day we ship. We try to ship the same day your order is received; but with the volume of shipments we make, we can only promise to ship in-stock items within 48 hours.

Special Notes: Granite & Marble Tops & Tiles prefers to ship to the cardholder's billing address. Abnormalities in the addresses or alerts from the credit card processor may result in the order being canceled. Granite & Marble Tops & Tiles does not Ship to Hotels, Motels or temporary residences and reserves the right to not ship at all.

Canada & Overseas: We do not accept orders from countries other than the United States including Canada. We do anticipate adding this service.

Heavly Weighted Items: Due to the weight and size, these items are shipped via UPS or a freight carrier and may arrive separatly from other items purchased. for heavy items regular delivery times do not apply. It may take 1 - 3 weeks for an item to be delivered.

Glass and Fragile Items: Glassware and other fragile items require extra shipping insurance.

Tracking Numbers: When available shipping tracking information will be provided. Customers may use the shippers web site to track the delivery or log in to this web site to check order status. For USPS, a "Delivery Confirmation Number" is issued, which will only allow customers to see when the order has shipped and when it has been delivered. At this time, this system is not capable of tracking the package in route, but you can visit their website for this information (www.usps.com).

Returns:

General Merchandise

If you are not satisfied with any of our products, you may return it within 14 days of purchase. Please email Customer Service with a note of explanation stating the reason for your return prior to shipping the return. A refund of the purchase price will be issued if the following conditions are met:

Item(s) cannot be used and must remain in original packaging. Any form of assembly, alteration or use of any item and it is considered to be used and non-returnable. If the item(s) meets these requirements, a full refund, minus shipping cost will be refunded to the billing party. If your item has been opened and you simply do not like the item(s), ordered the wrong item(s), or it just wasn't what you expected, a refund can be issued, minus shipping cost and a 20% restocking fee. The item(s), any manuals and packaging must be in brand new condition. Shipping costs and return shipping costs are not refundable.

You are entirly responsible for return shipping costs and items lost in tranist. It is highly recommended that a shipper be used that will issue a tracking or delivery confirmation and that insurance be purchased for return shipment of valuable or fragile items. Returned item(s) should be packed to prevent damage.

If an item is damaged in shipment, please contact Granite & Marble Tops & Tiles immediatly. If a package appears to be damage and can be refused, try to do so at time of delivery. Also an immediate claim should be made with the shipping agent. Valuable and fragile items are shipped with insurance coverage and it may be the responsibility of the shipping agent to replace damaged items.

We cannot handle returns for merchandise purchased from other retailers. Returns for purchases at other retailers should be handled directly with the store of purchase.

You will not be charged sales tax if you ship your order outside of Georgia.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, eChecks and bank transfers via PayPal's online payment system.

Product Availability

Please note that demand for an item can have an effect on our inventory. We will inform you by phone or e-mail if any items in your order are unavailable. Our shipping times are calculated from the time your merchandise is picked up by the carrier. Packages are usually shipped from within 24 to 48 hours of your order. This would be delayed if an order were placed over the weekend or on a holiday. Please make your arrangements accordingly.

Coupons: Occasionally Granite & Marble Tops & Tiles may offer coupons and discounts, which will allow customers to purchase items at additional savings. These coupons are entered in the coupons field during checkout on the web site.

Prices & Typographical Errors

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price, and or incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing, coupon or gift certificate errors or misuse and abuse or incorrect product information received from our suppliers, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed under these conditions. We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders and correct any disparities whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card has been charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, we shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge. We reserve the right to refuse any order. Prices and policies are subject to change without prior notice.
